This lovely 14k gold oval ring is a lightweight and lacy piece
an adaptation from Danny Polk's popular "Aquanacci paperweight" - which was inspired by Fibonacci and his correlation to marine biology
so it can be gently squeezed to fit tighter or gently opened to be wider
Garnet (variegated shades of garnet red with occasional watermelon tourmaline appearance)
wheel-thrown from dark brown stoneware fired in an electric kiln to cone 5 and decorated with underglaze
