70's Ice Blue Silk Crepe Back Satin Cocktail Dress by Hand Made gold floral earrings * armpit to armpit: 20Gorgeous 70s does 40s ice blue silk satin cocktail dress. Lovely medium weight crepe back ice blue satin fabric with woven rows of "ripples" as pictured. Darted bodice with a v neckline and pleated shoulders as pictured. Below the elbow 3 quarter length sleeves are pleated at the shoulders. There are shoulder pads which are easily removable as they are fastened with safety pins only. Nipped waist seam. Lovely flaring skirt with a 92" bottom sweep.
