Circa 1970s. Tori Richard of Honolulu, Hawaii designed the dress with some fabric panels laid vertically and some horizontally as pictured. Fitted and darted bodice and nipped waist as pictured. A line skirt with left side seam walking slit. Unlined. Does up the center back with a long nylon zipper which appears to be a non original replacement
