Tjilkamala Rockholes - Ingrid Top Size:l and have been made inThis Ingrid top by Alice Nampitjinpa Dixon depicts Takupalangu, west of Kintore her father Uta Uta Tjangala's Country of rockholes (puli) and sandhills (tali). Takupalangu is a big swamp filled with bush vegetables called mungilpa. When Alice was a small girl she travelled this Country with her family, her mother collecting mungilpa and pummelling it into damper. Alice's Tjukurrpa is the porcupine Tjilkamala scurrying about the rockholes and sandhills
