The buttons down the side are cute and all are there. It closes with a zipper and hook on the back. The sleeves are 3 4 length. The fabric is a soft polyester knit and very comfortable. This dress was in my neighbor's home and stored for 50 years. She wore to the bank wear she worked for 35 years. It has been washed and ready for a new home. My favorite
