The dress is comprised of two layers a longer under skirt, covered by two shorter panels of pleated fabric like an apron style. There is a side zipper and a tie that attaches at the sides and could be tied in front or in back. 100% polyester. Excellent condition. Size 9 10. Brand is Act I.
