Hanging Jupiter Series II Product:Hanging Jupiter Series II she was in fact re-appropriatingTo create this lively sculpture, artist Catherine L. Bohrman utilized a process called "lost wax". After sculpting the figures and background in clay, she then created a wax replica from the clay mold. Then, at a bronze foundry, the wax form was repeatedly dipped in a ceramic slurry in order to form a shell around it.
