70's Abstract Printed Flutter Sleeve Dress blue and white hat polyester & spandex pants by1970's abstract multi colored dress. Fabric is a very sheer lightweight polyester in shades of mauve, lilac and pink. Blouson top which is a fabric overlay with wide butterfly split sleeves and a very low scoop neckline. Set in waist with narrow cord belt and the skirt is semi full. Closes in the back with a long zipper. No label and it maybe hand tailored. Excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
