Blue Puff Sleeve Dress with Striped Skirt 90s blouses Waist flat lay 14"lovely square neck dress with puff short sleeves. band around waistline. pleated skirt in rich blue teal and tan colored stripes. nice soft, sturdy fabric feels like cotton. no tags, dress appears to have been handmade. overall good vintage condition, some slight wear and one pull at seam at right sleeve (see pictures). zipper in back. for sizing, see measurements: shoulder 15" bust 38" waist 29" hip up tp 42" length 40"
