60's French Black Velvet Pleat Folded Hat by Dana Marte THX SALE Good condition-minor pillingThis 1960s hat is a beauty! It's made of a shiny, soft velvet that has decorative topstitching throughout. On the top the stitching forms a starburst. I love the folds and pleats in this hat! The front is higher than the back. The interior is lined with silk taffeta and there is a grosgrain ribbon band. Made by Dana Marte'. It measures 21" in circumference, 4. 5" high in front, 3" high in back. Very good condition. * Proud member of the Vintage
