Everything about this just says "Delicate". From the lightweight material to the size of the collar and the little neck ribbon bow. It's just so pretty and even the elastic at the waist is beautifully made. Pinned?: No. But was belted to show how it looks when worn with one. Measurements: All measurements are taken with the
