70's Embroidered Floral Cotton Dress fringe poncho Front Rise: 14This insane 1970s maxi dress has major regency vibes. Made of an embroidered cotton lawn fabric, with little pink, purple, yellow and blue flowers. The sleeves are a leg of mutton style, with tight fitting snap cuffs. There's elastic in the sleeve upper to keep it puffed out. The neckline is a ruffled mockneck, and the waistband is an empire style waist which sits right under the bust. This looks like it walked right off the set of a Jane Austen film
