50s Skirt Suit New Look Black Wool Satin Trim cranberry red golfing shoes etcThis early 1950s skirt suit in black crepe textured wool features designs in black satin cording, on both the jacket and skirt. The jacket has a nipped in shape with rows of darts for shaping, large, rounded shoulder pads, and a single button at the waist. The squiggles of satin cording that trim the shoulders and bust get narrower when they reach the waist, for a slimming effect. The softly flared skirt is about mid calf length on our mannequin. It
