Fabric is cotton organdy with a slightly stiff hand; double layer on the bottom two thirds ( embroidered section). Pulls on with no fastenings. Label reads styled by Fair Lady. Good condition with no holes or stains; has a couple of tucks taken in the top of the embroidery section as repairs; hard to spot; each is 3" long ( see last photo). Priced
