The fabric is patterned with white polka dots on navy and it closes with a back metal zipper. It's calf length, has half fluted sleeves, and the neck and back are scooped. The full skirt flares from a basque waist. No label it appears handmade. It measures 36" around the bust, the waist is 27", and the length is 40". Hand or gentle machine wash.
