They are a lightweight, very fancy molded plastic set with lots of aurora borealis crystal rhinestones, most of which have been replace with NEW rhinestones. Two layers make them dimensional, so they look like they will flutter into the air! The best thing is that you wear them vertically on the earlobe. They have been restored with good comfortable ear clips. No flaws.
