From the company known as "North & Judd" (a VERY old company), you can see their tiny anchor symbol in back of buckle. Appears to be woven Rayon. Lined with black acetate satin. Brass buckle. Adjustable. Unique because the black elastic is hidden in the red Tartan fabric tunnel in back. Adjustable, will fit waists from 36" to 41".
